GRM2 was created by Judith Warren Hawkins, an International Speaker, Preacher, and Author. Modeled after Philip’s encounter with the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8:30-35, Gaza Road Ministries represents Judith's desire to help others answer the question:

“Do you understand what you are reading?”

"To give thanks in every situation because God tells me to do so for anything that will not work together both for my blessing and for His glory."
